2 Pages Per Sheet PDF

2 Pages Per Sheet (often called "2-Up") takes consecutive pages of your PDF document (e.g. Page 1 and Page 2) and formats them side-by-side or stacked on a single sheet of paper. This lets you print two document pages on one physical sheet, cutting paper use by 50%.

For standard portrait documents (like invoices, shipping labels, and book pages), **Landscape** side-by-side gives the largest and most readable scaling. If your source pages are already in landscape orientation (like wide presentations or spreadsheets), choose **Portrait** stacked. The **Auto** setting detects this automatically.

If your document has an odd page count (such as 3 or 7 pages), the final sheet will neatly hold the last page in the first slot, leaving the second slot cleanly blank.
